SHIPPING

Any order placed with Metascent is available to be collected from our studio in Collingwood, at no cost. Simply choose local pick up on the check out page when processing your order. You will receive a notification email when your order is ready to be collected.

Delivery to all Australian metro areas (excluding Darwin) takes 1-2 business days once dispatched.

Rural and remote areas – delivery estimates will be provided upon confirmation of shipment. If you would like to know the delivery estimate and shipping costs before purchasing, please email us at hello@metascent.com

Due to the fluctuating costs of international shipping, we are unable to offer broad estimates for shipping costs or delivery times. If you are interested in purchasing any of our MetaScent products from outside Australia, please contact us at hello@metascent.com so we can provide you with an accurate estimate.

Once your shipment has been booked, you will receive an email with the tracking details for your order.

We are unfortunately unable to ship to PO boxes. You will need to provide a residential or commercial address for shipping.
